JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Florida State College at Jacksonville has received a $2.2 million grant from the U.S. Department of Labor to fund green jobs training targeted for unemployed workers, high school dropouts and ex-offenders in Duval County. The funds are part of the $150 million Pathways Out of Poverty program that’s part of larger federal recovery efforts
